Preserve your data first. Export a usable backup before troubleshooting or changing devices. Do not uninstall the app to resolve saving problems.
Writing and automatic saving
Edits save automatically. Returning from the editor waits for saving to finish. If a save fails, keep the app open, check free storage and device unlock status, and retry. Review your content before acting on a recovery notice.
Speech does not start or stops
Check Rizha microphone and speech permissions in system Settings. Recognition resources may need an internet download. On-device availability depends on your device and language. You can continue typing after declining online recognition. Lock Screen recording must be started by you and can be stopped from the recording activity or the app.
Backups and changing devices
Settings > Data & Security > Backup History lists local automatic backups, enabled by default with the latest seven daily snapshots. Before changing devices, export an independent complete ZIP and confirm its media are available. A partial automatic backup retains text and readable media but cannot recreate missing originals. PDFs are for reading and printing, not restoring your diary.
iCloud sync
Use the same iCloud account on both devices, with iCloud Drive available and sync enabled in the app. Preserve local content when sync fails. Disabling sync does not delete cloud copies. Export independent ZIP backups before resolving conflicts; do not delete data on either device to force a sync.
Passwords and deletion
We cannot recover or bypass your diary password. Deleted entries go to Recently Deleted; permanent deletion requires confirmation. Independently exported and shared copies must be managed at their destinations.

Email hzw@zhixinfuture.com with the app version, iOS version, device model, time, and reproduction steps. Redact personal content from screenshots. Do not send real diary entries, passwords, iCloud credentials, or full backups.
